RACI Matrix Charting is such a simple but important tool that it makes me wonder why it’s not used more often in business. I have been part of many project teams where, when I asked who does what and when, expecting to have a RACI provided to me from the project manager, that there wasn’t a RACI available or one created.
Rest assured, that RACI will help projects run more smoothly and more effectively. It’s a simple tool that aims to identify the parties that are Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed.
