Utilization of customer data is problematic (at least the way it is worded here) given GDPR compliance and the Cambridge Analytics data breach.
Customer data is important but there needs to be more around protection of confidential data (or anonymizing it).
Added bonus would be to provide tips as to how to effectively analyze customer data without inciting concern or violating any part of GDPR or HIPAA compliances.
