Similar to a Chute Conveyor, Wheel Conveyor, Roller Conveyor, and Chain Conveyor, Slat Conveyor, and Flat Belt Conveyor, a Magnetic Belt Conveyor is another transport equipment designed to move material efficiently from one location to another. The big difference is that a Chain Conveyor is not based on gravity, but on mechanics and electricity and it’s application is a bit more specific to the type of operation.

Magnetic belt conveyors have a series of permanent ceramic magnets embedded below a thin flat gripping belt surface. The magnets hold metal parts firmly against the moving belt in places where high conveyor speeds, sharp-edged or pointed products or sliding of the product might endanger workers.
